A Quick Update and Prayer for All

I just got back from New Orleans for our last on-site planning meeting with the whole Challenge lead team.  My excitement grows each day as we get closer and closer to all being together, while we watch with expectation of what God is going to do in and through each of us.

Would you join me in praying that all Christians will leave Challenge 2012 with new eyes to see everything in their life through the new lense of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and therefore depend on the Holy Spirit to live a transformed life all the time (and not just the weeks following Challenge)?

EVERYday, EVERYwhere with EVERYone

I realize the idea EVERY_____  is a huge one. However after reading through Colossians several times it really does seem possible as long as we live in greater and greater dependence on Jesus to lead us.

Here’s my prayer for you:

“And now, just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him. Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.” (Colossians 2:6)
